ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION

All The Richest products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production may take longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship within the United States only.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping charges are based on package weight and are displayed at checkout.

Qualifying U.S. orders of $70 or more receive free standard shipping, as shown at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

After production is complete, shipping time varies depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and fulfillment location. The estimated delivery timeframe available for your order will be shown at checkout when applicable.

Please note that production and shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking information.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once an order enters production or ships, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

If tracking has not updated for seven consecutive business days, or your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us at therichestco@gmail.com with your order number.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 calendar days of the carrier-recorded delivery date at therichestco@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can investigate.

RETURNS
